Cory started playing guitar at age 12, in 1985.

He was heavily influenced by RATT, Dokken, Metallica and all of the shredders from the 80's. He enjoys cooking, brewing home-brewed beer, hiking and painting.

Cory is unmarried with no children.

He also prefers cats over dogs, but still likes dogs.

Prior bands he's played with include: Bakkdraft, Mind's Eye, Flyin' Dorito bros, Simply Bent and Sugar Buzz.
